Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Qorio, including workspaces, customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, payment status records, and customer portals.

Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing a workspace, using a customer portal, or using any Qorio feature, you agree to these Terms. If you use Qorio for a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that business.

Accounts and Workspaces

Permitted Use

Qorio is provided for legitimate business use by service teams that manage quoted work. You may use Qorio to manage customers, quotes, jobs, tasks, invoices, payment status, customer portals, files, notes, and related business records.

Prohibited Use

Your Data

You retain ownership of the business records, customer records, quote records, job records, invoice records, payment status records, files, and notes you enter into Qorio. You grant Qorio the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, back up, secure, and support that data in order to provide the service.

Customer Portals and Shared Links

Workspace users are responsible for deciding what to share with customers through quote links, invoice links, customer portals, and other shared pages. Qorio provides the workflow; workspace users remain responsible for the accuracy of shared business terms, prices, scope, taxes, fees, payment instructions, and customer communications.

Pricing and Payment

Qorio currently offers a free version. Paid tiers are not available for purchase as of 06/26/2026. Qorio may add paid tiers, usage limits, billing terms, or feature packaging in the future. Current pricing information is maintained at /pricing.html.

Service Changes and Availability

Qorio may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove features to improve reliability, security, product quality, or business operations. Qorio works to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.

Third-Party Services

Qorio may rely on third-party services for hosting, email delivery, analytics, payments, storage, security, and other operational needs. Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using Qorio at any time. Qorio may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security risk, creates legal risk, or interferes with service operation.

Disclaimers

Qorio is provided as a business workflow tool. Qorio does not provide legal, tax, accounting, construction, engineering, payment processing, or financial advice. Users are responsible for reviewing their quotes, invoices, taxes, payment terms, customer commitments, and business obligations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or substitute services.

Changes to These Terms

Qorio may change or update these Terms in the future. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use of Qorio after updated Terms become effective means the updated Terms apply to later use of the service.
