Information Qorio Collects

Qorio collects information you provide when you create an account, manage a workspace, invite team members, add customers, create quotes, manage jobs, send invoices, record payments, or use customer portals.

• Account information, including name, business name, email address, phone number, and business type.
• Workspace records, including customer details, project details, quote content, invoice content, payment status, tasks, notes, files, portal links, and team activity.
• Authentication information, including verification and sign-in activity.
• Usage and analytics data, including pages viewed, CTA clicks, demo activity, scroll depth, referrer, campaign, device type, anonymous identifiers, session identifiers, and product events.
• Technical data, including browser, device, approximate location derived from network information, IP address, and request logs.

How Qorio Uses Information

• Provide, operate, secure, and improve Qorio.
• Create and manage workspaces, customers, quotes, jobs, invoices, payments, and portals.
• Send verification links, sign-in links, quote links, invoice links, and account messages.
• Measure product usage, landing page performance, conversion paths, and demo completion.
• Detect abuse, prevent unauthorized access, troubleshoot errors, and maintain service reliability.
• Respond to support, privacy, billing, and account requests.

Customer and Portal Data

Workspace owners control the customer records, quote records, job records, invoice records, payment status records, and portal content they enter into Qorio. Qorio processes that data to provide the service and to make secure customer-facing pages available when workspace users choose to share them.

Payments

Qorio may record payment status, balance status, and payment-related notes. Qorio does not use this policy to claim ownership of customer payment data. If Qorio connects to a third-party payment processor, that processor's privacy practices also apply to payment processing handled by that provider.

Sharing Information

Qorio does not sell personal information. Qorio shares information only when needed to operate the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete a requested workflow.

• Service providers that host, secure, analyze, email, or support Qorio.
• Workspace users and customers when a workspace action shares a quote, invoice, portal, or account record.
• Legal, safety, or compliance recipients when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect Qorio, users, customers, or the public.
• Successor organizations if Qorio is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Retention

Qorio keeps account, workspace, customer, quote, job, invoice, payment status, and analytics information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support business records. Qorio deletes or de-identifies information when it is no longer needed for those purposes.

Security

Qorio uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect account and workspace information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by emailing support@goqorio.com. Qorio may verify the request before acting on it and may keep information when retention is required for legal, security, or service integrity reasons.

Children

Qorio is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for business use. Qorio does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

Qorio may change or update this Privacy Policy in the future. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. Continued use of Qorio after an updated policy becomes effective means the updated policy applies to later use of the service.
